TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

PAYMENT. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm and hold your date.​

CANCELLATIONS. In the event that you need to cancel your order PRIOR to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1/2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of the scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

  • In the event of inclement or hazardous weather, we may not be able to set-up any lawn displays. We will contact you for a reschedule or refund. 

REFUNDS POLICY. 

  • No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display. 
  • No refunds will be given due to animals preventing the display from being set up.
  • No refunds will be given due to client giving us the wrong address or an error in order submission.

  • No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community. You are responsible for verifying there are no homeowner association, or local rules, preventing the sign messaging from being displayed.Permission must be granted from landowner, no refunds will be given if owner prevents sign messaging from going up.

AFTER BOOKING TIPS. Once you’ve sent us a booking request, we will contact you to confirm that we have your date available. Once we’ve confirmed your date, we will send you a link for payment to lock in your sign celebration! YAY! Here are some tips for a smooth delivery!

  • We come after the sun goes down and like to be stealth, so try to keep your kiddos (or lucky recipient) away from the front of the house. It also helps to leave a porch light on and the curtains/blinds closed.  

  • Keep any dogs that might bark inside the house and/or near you.

  • Alert any neighbors who might be concerned.

  • Water your grass before our arrival - it helps our signs to go in smoothly. Please turn off sprinklers and avoid any gardening until after our signs are gone.

RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions: 

  • Based on available inventory
  • Rush fee may apply
  • Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

ADDITIONAL POLICIES. For the safety of everyone please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn messaging display.

  • PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE SIGNS 

  • Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused by flying debris (such as animals or lawnmowers). If you have a yard maintenance crew, please arrange for them to come on a date that the letters are NOT on the lawn. Grass clippings will stain our letters. 

  • Please turn sprinklers off while the signs remain on your property. 

  • Please do not attach balloons or any other items to any part of the display. 

  • Don't throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize the signs. Purchaser is responsible for all items, so it is best to notify the honoree to not touch the display if it is a surprise.

  • We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. Celebration Sign Ninjas and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set-up and removal of any rental. 

  • All signs remain the property of Celebration Sign Ninjas. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited.  Signs should not be moved without consent from CSN. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any lawn sign display items that are missing or damaged will be enforced.

  • Celebration Sign Ninjas reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

  • An advertising sign may or may not be displayed and Celebration Sign Ninjas reserves the right to take pictures and use any photos for advertising purposes.
